Peter Förster was himself, once a founder and knows the hurdles and obstacles of the initial phase. But he also knows that dreams are worth fighting for. As a former founder and managing partner of the Transporeon Group, he was responsible for marketing, personnel, and innovation and was a finalist at the German Founder Award with his company in 2007. His heart beats for passionate founders and entrepreneurs and for helping them successfully implement their innovative business ideas.

Dr. Alexander Rieck is a research assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering and Organisation in Stuttgart, as well as partner and director of the international architectural office LAVA. Alexander Rieck is currently working on the implementation and execution of the Morgenstadt research project as head of Corporate Projects. Together with his architectural office, he is designing a science city in Riyadh.

During his studies at the Technical University of Munich, Gregor Haidl was able to gain his first founding experience as a scholar of Entrepreneurial Qualification Program Manage & More at UnternehmerTUM. Gregor made first work experience at a German car manufacturer in China. After completing his studies, the mechanical engineer developed various applications for unmanned aerial systems in his own start-up.

Almost two years ago, she founded her own startup with beCeo – The Global Shift, with which she works passionately to make economics more humane, along with value-oriented corporate leaders and young “rookies”.
